Meet the owners of Brush Crazy
Rock Springs, WY

Alisha grew up in Kemmerer, Wyoming, and has always had a passion for both teaching and art. After earning her associate degree at Western Wyoming Community College and completing her bachelor’s degree in K–8 education online with WGU, she went on to spend 13 years as a schoolteacher. She has also taught art classes at the local senior center, where she loves sharing creativity with the community.
Her journey with Brush Crazy began during a family visit to Colorado Springs, where a creative outing sparked a new chapter. Drawn to the supportive, family-like franchise system, Alisha knew Brush Crazy was the perfect fit.
Now, as a Brush Crazy studio owner in Rock Springs, she combines her love of teaching with her passion for art, helping others discover the joy of creating and expressing themselves. Alisha is especially passionate about community development—bringing people together through art events, workshops, and creative experiences that strengthen connections and celebrate local artists.

Now their Columbus, Ohio location of Brush Crazy is a community hot spot for artistic expression, community, and friendship. Knowing that folks come to Brush Crazy to find themselves in creative projects is rewarding, and some of their most fulfilling moments as Brush Crazy owners is connecting with their patrons.

How does this work?

Walk in or book now to come into the studio to paint on canvas, ceramics, wood and more! You can choose a project when you get here, or preorder from our Shop. The project price includes everything you need to complete your project and get help from an artist as you need it. This allows everyone to choose something within their budget. If you don't finish in your allotted time or our open hours, just take it home, bring it back at no extra cost when we are open.

How much does it cost?

We have projects from $15 up to over $100. We have a good variety between $20-$40 in wood, ceramic and canvas.

Does my deposit get applied to my purchase?

Yes. You can have your deposit turned into Studio Credit and applied to your party or you can ask the artist to refund it back to your card.

Can I bring outside food and drink?

Each studio has their own policies based on their location.

Can I walk in anytime or do I need a reservation?

You may walk in anytime however we appreciate reservations to help us staff appropriately. On busy days we may need to call in extra artists to help and making a reservation helps us with giving you an amazing experience!

Does everyone in my group have to paint the same thing?

No, not here! You all can choose different projects when you get here or preview our inventory in the Shop. We have over 900 unique paintings with step by step instruction to guide you through the process as if you were taking a class, you can get help from our friendly artistic staff anytime you need it.

Do you have sitting fees?

No! All our projects include everything you need. There are a few projects that have add-ons like the bubble art, marbling, pouring projects, mosaics, and metallic glazes. Ask the staff to check on pricing for each add-on before you check out.
